Cant craft items
See the "Quantity: 2/2" line in your first picture and the "Quantity: 4/4" line in your second picture?
That is saying that you have already crafted all off that item that you can craft at your current crafting level
You need to upgrade to crafting level 2
You have to craft 10 "Upgrade Tier" in total to upgrade to level 2 and another 10 to upgrade to level 3.
At the top of the crafting menu you can see 10 slots between the "Level 1" text and "Level 2" text.
One of them will turn blue every time you craft a "Upgrade Tier".
Your screenshot shows that you have already crafted the first 8 "Upgrade Tier"s so you need to craft two more to unlock level 2 crafting.
