If you've already uninstalled and reinstalled then I would contact EA!

    I am missing almost everything. All I have are the buildings from the casino quests, everything else is gone.

    I've been missing Kang ever since the Casino update. As far as I can tell he's the only one I'm missing (so many characters wandering around at Level 59!). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, looked all through my inventory, nothing.
