Hadn't seen him in ages then I suddenly did last night. Not in my town, but strolling through one of my neighbor's town. Definitely surprised me.

i saw him yesterday after the update. i thought about letting him roam free but wasn't sure if he'd vanish after awhile. I still think if he's not gonna pop up more often he should just be a regular character to own.
