That's happened many times before with other updates throughout the years, but sadly I don't remember how it was resolved. Good new is, it's not exactly a new glitch.

I think you may be able to, if it doesn't fix itself first. It may take a unistall/reinstall to get it back. You'll have to so some digging in the older forum post to find out.
