Just got it. So excited! Can't wait to surround it with trees, maybe put the campfire nearby.

I have about 32mm and all the land and aspirationals purchased. Once you get to that point, it's impossible to run out of money.

I have wanted the Falls for years...just missed it first time around.
It was an instant buy for me..I thought it would never be offered again.
I love it...don't care it doesn't have a multiplier....it looks fantastic

Are you guys kidding me? Multiplier? I've wanted Springfield Falls since I started playing. It has a huge multiplier. It multiplies my happiness just by finally having it!

Go on ahead, let it slip by. I mean, it won't give you an extra couple of pennies for every dollar you make, so why bother?

I would definitely recommend buying it. It's been a firm favorite in my town for years, i love it!

I'm not that impressed with the **** lounge, but the falls is awesome...and so many things you can do with it in design. My neighbors have done some incredible designs. Check out the Showcase area, that should help make up your mind

here's something I saw another player do that I liked enough to copy in my town -- you can turn falls sideways and use it to feed into a small lake or stream:

Here's what I did with mine...it never even occurred to me that this would be a highly sought-after item, but I have loved it since I got it freebie years ago...

I got it, but in addition to having no bonus, it has no sound. 90 donuts is too much.
