Worth it to buy premiums at low levels?

They are more useful early. They increase the amount of cash you earn, which helps more early in the game. If you want them, get them now while they are cheaper.

I just got them. He'll of a deal. Got a ton more premiums last night as well. And yes it's much more useful in the beginning. Basically it comes down to whether or not you enjoy the game. If the answer is yes, why not add to your enjoyment. It's the same as getting DLCs on a consol game

It's always a good time to buy premium items!! Especially with a sale. No shopaholic will give up a sale.

It also depends on how much you like these 2 premium items. Bear in mind that these 2 are big items that take up quite a bit of space. So if you don't really like either, you might end up regretting your decision. The fact that Hank Scorpio isn't voiced bugs me a little. On the other hand, it's because I've always wanted the sign and I didn't mind the volcano lair, I decided to get it. Also, do you think this is a good deal? If you do, I will say go for it!

Considering the town population is mostly men that appear to suffer from ADD, there really isn't much mayhem. Hank helps raise the bar.

Unless prompted for a task, mine can always be seen "testing" the flame thrower.

Very true! His tasks are awesome! Especially the flame throwing one.
