Dropping off all neighbor's friends list but they all remain on mine

I think it's a glitch, it's happened to me today, a couple of neighbours pm me to ask had I deleted them.

Apparently I've also disappeared off some of my neighbours lists too, but I can still see them.

I've got the same problem, I can see & visit my neighbours, but they can't see me.
I've just completed a live chat with ea, apparently my game is okay, the problem is at my neighbours end, it seems odd however that all my neighbours can't see me.

Chat just told me I needed to delete then re-add my friends. It's far too late here in England to contemplate such things! I'll reassess in the morning.

Thanks for this however I have already tried this and it doesn't fix the issue for me. Did anyone else have any luck?

Yes, it is an issue. EA appears aware of it but I've been unable to get an answer from them other than "Was your friend on Origin or Facebook". The fact that EA's "Help" desk is now a Forum doesnt help either.

This has been posted on EA's Help Forum by Community Manager Zoe:

"Hi everyone, thanks for your answers. I've escalated the information to our team of experts and I'll let you know if I need more information. Thanks for helping with this investigation."

Hopefully this means a resolution is on the way. In the meantime, I'd advise any players who aren't getting their usual number of visits to NOT Unfriend any Neighbours they believe haven't been visiting them - it's possible you have disappeared from their Friends' list.

Unfortunately I have missed out on completing yet another event due to bugs in this game.

I definitely won't be spending any more time or money on it.
