Missing neighbors

I've got the same problem, I can see my neighbours, but some of them can't see me.
According to ea (i've just finished live chat), it's my neighbours problem not me.

I noticed there are a few other folk in the bugs section that are having the same issue

I have the same problem. Tried the help they were no help at all. The last one I chatted with Ramonito typed that putting it on the forum was the fix. It was my husband's springfield that was missing I am still on his. Tried unfreinding me on my husbands account. I was added back on his but he is not on mine. I remember a few yers ago there was a simular issue because apple products and android they fixd it so the was not issue as to which system was used.

This is ridiculous. I've dropped off at least 4 of my neighbours lists today for no apparent reason and I'm getting nowhere with EA about it. Apologies to those of my neighbours that can't see me - I'm still here I promise!

Maybe your neighbors neglected their towns during this event and their towns burned down

But seriously, I checked and I seem to be missing neighbors too.

I thought people were dropping me. (Maybe they are.) I can't figure out why they would want to defriend someone who clears handshakes regularly and makes their town neighbor friendly during events.

Missing 2 myself. thelakeys just visited me today. I'd thought he/she dropped me. Sounds like EA is at least somewhat aware of this. Do I need a ticket with them?

I lost 3 people off my list, but I can't place who. I don't believe they were forum regulars.

I am PM'ing one of my missing neighbors. They are able to visit me and leave handshakes that I can tap, but they are still missing from all 3 areas of friend lists...so they can visit me but I can't visit them. Tried to reinvite..fail.

Yup. Me too. They were good neighbors also.
In other news, apparently I have neighbor pace now if anyone wants a good neighbor that visits semi regularly and very regularly during events.

I appear to be missing a good neighbour too!

I'm still missing two. I don't know who's list I've disappeared from tho. only the ones who pm me to let me know. I got a neighbour back through deleting him, then sending him a new request it worked.

I went on my origin account to friends list and everyone is still there, but not on my game (iPad)

neighbours please let me know if I've disappeared from your lists.

Hello matey you have vanished from me friends list - tried to send you a new invite but it keeps saying 'Failed to send invite. Please retry'. Retrying does nothing atm, will keep at it

Cheers for letting me know. I visited you this morning and it seemed OK when I tapped, ea are not being very helpful on this.
