Neuroheart is missing from my list also. However I also haven't seen her on the forum lately either.

Neurohearts has just pm'd me she's having problems too.

I don't think you can request me because you are still on my list. What seems to work is if I deleted you then send you a request I still won't show up but you will probably be able to get my handshakes.

I saw the request you sent and accepted it, but it made no difference as you said above.

Hope they fix this quick. Being the weekend we may not get too much attention from EA until Monday.

Close the browser. Turn off you machine. Reset your home internet.

I think that's what fixes it.

Now up to 19 reported. Seeing no difference with the issue now that I've completed the Firehouse tasks. I noticed another missing neighbor this morning, mrjassmith. He hadn't been playing in a while or been active on the forum so I had hidden him. He was my first neighbor from the forum and has a nice town so didn't want to delete him.

I've also now added my query/comment to the above page. I know that there are at least four games where I am missing from neighbour lists. I've sent the above link & the contact ea link direct to the affected people.
Hopefully EA will start to get the message that there are quite a few of us out there that are affected by this issue.

Yep, Neuroheart is missing from mine as well as one or two others. Hopefully I can figure out who they are. I'll head over and add to the list in a minute.

hi all
I have heard nothing official on this as of yet. Also I don't seem to missing any friends, including Nerohart. Has anyone tried to open a ticket using Origin ( yes I know it's owned by EA now), or look for your friends with the origin client?

EDIT: I'm going into the origin client now to look around

Edit 2: I seem to have 95 friends in my orgin list in the client, but only 89 friends listed when I open TSTO game.
I opened a ticket at origin just to see what happens. Will update if I hear anything.
