Not being able to place anything on any type of ground texture (except water and roads) is completely idiotic. Why does it matter if I want to place certain building or decoration on pavement? It's my town and I should be able to decorate how I want.

But, not being able to place Fort Sensible over dirt is not sensible

don't forget the cactus patches that came before the wild west update cant be placed on Dirt Grr so frustrating


there is to many things that cant be placed on dirt i could write a book on it.

also, springfield gorge and the evil trees from last THOH. the campfire from that event works, but not the trees for whatever reason

I put some pieces of the station of Cletus, coconuts babaloo Unrestored, Dead tree with and without skeleton,
Shame about fort sensible...

Its weird cause its available during this event and yet not placable there? Whats even the point!!! Same for cactus

They should just retexture the Springfield Gorge so it doesnt include the grass. That way we can have it on both the grass and desert. They could have done the same with the cactus patch, but instead they added a new decoration (cacti).

actually, the campfires grass is just untextured. you can place it on the beach to get a comfy fire on the ocean^^

Yeah I just realized this on my game. Apparently it can go on the pavement, but not the dirt.

They finally fixed it. Now, they could also add the Camp Krusty totem pole to the dirt tiles:
