Rotating Buildings Like The Load Screen

I would really like to be able to rotate the buildings four way, it would solve so many spacing issues in my town! One day, hopefully one day..

Its not a tease. Its just how the splashscreen looks. Just like the normal splash screen do with aztec theater, etc.
