Working on the third round of Madam Hydra (second group of 6 guards). Each guard has 2,000 HP so it takes two Level 4 robots/recruits to defeat them. I gained so many materials from beating her the last time that I went ahead and started the upgrade to Level 5 robots/recruits. Building the ones needed to fight her while that goes on.
I've timed everything out so that I can beat her before the timer runs out. She has 15,000 HP this time, so that's eight hits total needed.

The game does need a bit of strategy as far as what you do and when, it seems.
I've got 3K left on Madam Hydra before I defeat her the second time, just have to wait for recruits/robots to finish. But I'm seriously lacking on any jobs that have a payout of the gold plating. Only one on my list pays out one gold plating, all the others are long jobs...I hope I get some more of the plating before I have to attack her again.

My math was off, and now I'm not going to beat her before the timer runs out. So now I'm wondering, if the guards come back, does she also regain her HP?

Good question...and I think you'll be the one to find out. I just have an hour to wait for a resistant robot and recruit to finish off Madame Hydra then get ready for round three. And since she has 21 hours left on her timer...I'm pretty sure I'll get her in time this round.

When I went to bed, her timer had 1.5 hours left. When I woke up, there was a new timer that had 4.5 hours left and there were 4 out of the 6 guards back. Took them down and then finished her off (her HP does not replenish). After beating her, you then open her up for unlocking. She needs vibranium, field communicators, a drop from missions and a drop from a prize, Madame Hydra's School. Already have the vibranium and communicators, and I should have the drops done later tonight.

Beating Madame Hydra the third time gives a bunch of materials... I went ahead and bought the Capbuster Iron Man and upgraded Agent 13 to Level 4 since those were both in the task book.
I haven't gotten the task to upgrade Agent 13 to level 4 yet but I went ahead and did that. I already got the cap buster iron man and Madame hydra's lab or whatever it is. Now I just need to wait for it to drop items along with the tasks for the lipstick.

I just need the snakes and lipsticks for Madame Hydra. I just got the Capbuster Outfit, Black Panther Level 3, Agent 13 Level 3, Crossbones Level 2 and The Wakandan Embassy Level 2.
I probably won't be able to get Crossbones Level 3 as you need the battle gear which you need to defeat the level 7 hydra thug and my robots/agents are still only on level 3, but I do have the resistant robots and agents.
Also, what is the point in those bobblehead decorations? I wouldn't spend 80 daggers just to get a Black Panther one. I got the Spider Man one, but that was because it was in one of those boxes.
The bobble head decorations are just decorations. If you do the quests for them in the end you get a Winter Soldier bobble head, but other than that they don't do anything.

Yes. Costume upgrades at Level 3 and Level 5.
Are daggers and those files needed to level her up?
I started playing a few days ago and really like it. I got to level 6 to start the Civil war event but I kind of wished I wouldn't have started it. It looks really cool, but I will barely get to start. I was able to get Iron Widow yesterday. I am hoping to be able to at least get Black Panther.
