Go to Game Discussion, LPN's WALKTHROUGH thread. Act 3
I think at the Saloon, pick a craze, select Lisa. Then just put the other available characters to work from the menu there.

same here mine have me doing act 1 over instead of Lisa coin mission

Thanks for your help. I tried it earlier, but it didn't work. After an in-game update (lvl. 60) I was able to complete pt. 2 using the instructions you provided!
