Same thing happened to me tonight in both my towns on Android.

I just finished building the Googolplex, and while I expected to blow through a bunch of a levels. Instead, I only got the level-up message for one level, but the counter showed me to be at 3 levels over where I started, even though I didn't get any additional level-up messages. I went to my friends list to sync my town to the server, but when I came back, my level showed me to have increased just once, instead of the three times.
But again, since I didn't pay attention to my donut count, I have no idea if I got screwed or not. And right now I even forgot what my initial level was so I wouldn't know if it got fixed unless if a bunch of levle-up screens show up out of nowhere lol

I came to check the forums and the subreddit a couple of times in the following hours, but I didn't see anybody else make mention of it until this thread... And I'm too lazy to file a complaint report to EA.

I'm a bit **** at losing the XP points since that's the whole reason I got the xp collider working (in preparation to the corn I'm about to harvest tomorrow), I wanted to see that big jump in levels.

Oddly enough, it worked yesterday, before the takedown update, when I built the bigT and shot up a dozen levels (I was still under lvl100 then)

I also had a similar problem while I was levelling up to 939. If I levelled up a couple of levels and kept resyncing, it all seemed fine. But if I levelled up a bunch of levels at a time and tried syncing, I lost my progress. Took forever - I had to keep syncing after every few level-ups.

I think after level 100 the requirement goes up to 500k XP points. Makes sense that they did that so that the really rich don't level up too quickly.

Think this is the case, my level XP Is 500k i believe, i'm sitting at around level 476 i think, a long way to go till level 939, although i aint rushing it as i dont see the point tbh

That just happened to me. I hard closed it (after trying Krustyland), and that fixed it. Back to 40k.
