Roads gone - some buildings in storage

Happened 2 days ago. Haven't played since.
If it's not a quick fix, I'm probably done.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? If that doesn't fix, contact EA chat or call back options. They may be able to reset your town to a time before the problem occurred. Sorry...hope you get it fixed.

Reset to what? If they said level 1, contact again to get a different tech. Unless you've done something we don't speak of here, they should be able to roll back to a date before the problem.

This is the same thing that happened to me....90% of my buildings are in storage.... I contacted the live chat help and they said mobile issues are handled by their email team.... I've been waiting 4 days for a reply
