All of my buildings disappeared

It still says I'm on level 74 and all of my money and doughnuts are still there. Has anyone else had this happen or know how to fix it?

Do a hard close on your game. If that doesn't fix, try uninstall/reinstall.

Then you will have to contact EA tech support. Tell them the steps you have already tried. They can do a reset on your town to a point just before the problem occurred. Since we are into an event and time is an issue, select the call back or chat options from the help menu. Good luck.
