Social battles in my town - no rewards?
EvaMohlin wrote:I have not seen a topic about this, sorry if there is one.
If someone fights a social battle in my town, do I not get any "rewards" even if my superheroes lose? In other events you got a notice about someone visited your town, and you recieved currency (depending on event), and maybe also a notice about whom it was.
Or am I really unlucky that no one has yet picked my town for a social battle?
First off, I don't mean this message to come off as offensive. My guess is you do not have anyone picking your town.

Maybe Im being dense, but doesnt the OP have a point here? In previous events structured (very roughly) along similar lines, there were tangible benefits that could be delivered to a neighbor you visited. On the flip side, you could similarly benefit if a neighbor visited you. Unless Im missing the obvious, those things dont seem to apply to this event.
No social fights for me
No offense taken, but have you seen a notice like "XXX fought a battle in our town, and you have recieved 10 stones and 5 cards", or whatever it is you get when your group lose. Or win.
You are 110% correct, there are no perks for the owner of the town visited for tapping criminals or social battles. Maybe we will get rewards in the upcoming acts.
I wonder if this is not working as intended or will be introduced in a later act. It could go a long way to solving the anticipated social battle opportunity shortage.
In the past, sometimes they have and sometimes they haven't.
This event does not.
Keep calm and tap on!
I'm pretty sure that there is no benefit to neighbours you battle. And because Anna hasn't gotten any notifications (and I know I've battled her town) this pretty much verifies that for me.
I battled you (and won) last night Sue.
(Happy to hear you won, but I recieved no notification or benefit - so now I'm positive that there isn't any).
We can all "drink" if you'd like!
Skol!
Sk?l!
Heh, heh. I know it?s more properly said as ?sk?l?, but as an ex-Minnesotan and long-suffering Vikings fan I?ve been saying ?skol? since I was in knee-pants.
I wasn't trying to brag....but was just confirming that I was there so you could post if you got a notice. ?
As said above, I didn't receive any notification or benefit.
(And you get more event currency when you win - so I really was happy to hear you won
There's other people here who survived Minnesnowta? Cheers!
