Donut farmers are cheaters
You could've had bad luck in who you interacted with. To be fair, the multiplier and almost 7 number daily income are huge and this possibly made the employee jump to a conclusion (which he/she shouldn't have done either way).
You could always contact EA again in an attempt to regain your lost donuts. You're not the first to have this Collider issue the past couple of days.
With the amount of donuts you're making on a daily basis I'd not get too stressed about it.

The front line person that called me was very professional in every way, but he is just a messenger. It was the "specialists" that took a quick look at my numbers and my donut purchase history, which is zero, and just dismissed me as a cheater. If I was a cheater, I would give myself a higher conform of meter multiplier than 1100%. If the "specialist" would have taken the time to look at my history, they would see that I didn't get my high numbers overnight. It was a slow gradual climb. If I was a cheater, there would be no need for me to contact tech support, I could just "give" myself whatever I wanted. I have bought and sold more KEM stores that 7-11 ever did.
EA has shot themselves in the foot, because even though I have never purchased donuts, I have purchased iTunes and Google Play cards and given them as gifts to other players, which they then used to buy donuts. Say goodbye to that money EA. Before somebody replies that without financial incentive, EA will just shut down the game, whatever, people will go back to whatever form of entertainment existed before TSTO, or they could discover something new to entertain them.
That's easy just a really large KEM farm. My farm is 224 KEMs and I can generate over 150 with 3 harvests per day plus my multiplier is much lower than the OP's. Not sustainable for me.
I'd like to know how the OP generates 7mil in cash/day thats over 3x my rate during an event when I play more and can collect all my buildings. In my mind his town is a giant house/KEM farm with rows of premium deco thrown in.
@ OP.
Sorry to hear the troubles with EA but why bother with CS over 25 donuts?
I have approximately 170 squares of land dedicated to houses, mostly white, with some blue and orange too. I keep all the houses on the far right column and bottom rows to get them out of the way. All my multiplier items, like the SH buildings, wailing walls, tennis courts, news vans, and billboards are in the SH section, to get them out of the way. I've been reinvesting donuts into mystery boxes to increase my multiplier, which will increase the number of donuts I can farm, which will be used to buy more mystery boxes, etc...
I think that's where the problem lies. The front line agent and the "specialist" might not play the game at all, nor do they have any high level knowledge about the actual game play. It could just be a job for them, reading off of scripts, or giving robotic answers. The front like agent I spoke to was very professional, so I have no complaints there regarding misconduct. If anything, my complaint should be against the "specialist", for incompetence.
Donut farming. While not illegal it's frowned upon by EA. I'm premium (having bought donuts) and am at 527 35%.
You have an extremely high bonus rate, you earn an extremely large amount of in game cash and premium currency, and have done so by playing the game expertly.
But you've also played this game that many people built with the intention of earning income from it, and you admit to not paying them a dime.
Suddenly during your surreptitious playing method, you suffer a loss, so you contact them for remedy?
YOU HAVE SOME LARGE COJONES DUDE.
You're not cheating but to expect support or sympathy from the people who easily would feel you're ripping them off, is stupid.
You earn 150 donuts free daily, and you actually contacted them to cry over 25 donut loss?
No sympathies here either.
It's 27th top grossing on Google play. Compare FG which is in low 90s I'd say tapped out is still making money.
You sir are spot on.
Play at your own pace, whatever gives you the most enjoyment, there is no right or wrong way to play. Your game play does not affect others players.
So much for all your hot air about supporting the game. I hit 929 to satisfy my own obsessive nature and I guess technically I could probably play for free - if I wanted to put 3 or 4 hours a day into grinding out donuts. Honestly, my time is worth way more than that, so I just bought a boatload of donuts to make sure I can get everything I want from the rest of the event.
Platinum scratchers are coming up. I know I'll buying at least two. You might want to pick up a couple too. If you don't, you might want to invest in a cool, refreshing six pack of ****.
