Help me choose my next purchase

Depends what your aim is I guess?are you aiming for all characters? All buildings? Do you have your SF split into "areas" and need stuff to fill them out? All your list have good things associated with them but in different ways. If you can't decide for yourself, why not hold on to them until next event and then buy a specially offered item?? So many decisions ?? once your donuts are spent, you will definitely wish you had spent them on something else, sometimes looking forward to a holiday ends up being better than the holiday.....and it lasts longer ????

when in doubt, go with the limited time character/building combo.

    My top three are:
    1. Springfield Coliseum
    2. Plato's Republic Casino
    3. Florence of Arabia.

The families houses just look boring to me. Coolsville & YMCA are nice, but I think the other three really stand out.
I don't know if Coolsville is limited and only available during this event. If so, you might consider that in your decision.

    EDIT: typo

Good advice. I think Barney in the bowling alley was still one of my best value for donut purchases! We didn't even mention xp multiplier building either.... 200 donuts can boost your xp multiplier a lot.....an investment for the future ;-)

For me, I wanted to get the houses because I wanted to have a wider variety of houses in my neighborhood. It all come down to what you want to do with your town.

I only bought the YMCA because I could have all the kids permanently go there on a 4 hour task. But then EA ruined that fun. Wish I had spent the donuts elsewhere.

I felt a natural affinity for Florence, like she helps the town feel like home.

For the flashy landmark that makes the Vegas event feel like it's ongoing, Platos. But the character is just one more mobster.

Powers house? ...... POWERS HOUSE ???!?!?!?! What the?

I think Apu's wifey adds a classy / distinctive / exotic / cosmopolitan / metropolitan feel to the town. But that's all I know, she's still on my list too.

looks like coolsville is going to be the one. The whole limited time offer makes sense.

    thanks for all the input.
