sleep playing

semi-related, I've wanted to start a thread asking people how often they make mistakes when selecting fighters for battles. Sometimes when semi-sleepy or just not paying attention, I'll pick the wrong fighters. And then Ill just hit the punch button over and over again without really looking at the screen much. Then I'll notice I'm about to lose the match because I messed up the selection. Ugh.

because of all the lag, I've gotten in the habit of taking little 8 second naps between taps, 20 seconds between neighbors. What's great about losing consciousness for several seconds is you assume you were out for longer than that. So it feels like miniature time travel. Also, I like to hold my tapping fingers up high poised like fighting spider legs above the screen ready to strike, so when I fall asleep those fingers slowly descend until they sleep-tap something on the screen.... which can really be an adrenaline rush when you wake up looking at a store screen and then you check your donut total real fast to see if something horrible just happened such as Arnie Pie ownership.

Yes. Mostly during neighbor visits. I try not to, though. Might as well sleep at that point. As long as I start the timer, then I have 24 hours to get it all done.

Last thing I do before going to bed - I usually fall asleep placing my multitudes of kwik marts. I wish they would just place neatly right next to each other automatically but it requires effort since they want to randomly jump to a different spot. After I doze off three times doing this, I give up. Otherwise I awake with a message asking if I really want to delete an object, usually a premium item.

I dream new things about the game on a regular basis and tap all night in my dreams if that counts.

I nod off while playing frequently!!

And the new feature, where your finger resting on the screen initiates that blue circle, then the Edit Mode starts, has caused me to accidentally store and move things in my sleep! (Where'd that building go??)

As much as i love the Area Select Tool, WHICH I PETITIONED FOR!, I did NOT want this blue-dot-activating part of it!

Sleep tapping... We're gonna need a support group!
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

the other thing is an option to skip....no wait...rather put off advancing the storyline. Sometimes I'm doing other stuff on the game and do not want to move the story forward; it stinks for the ! to be the only option

Lol Stink I do this all the time!!!

I once sleep tapped "rush all 8 hour jobs" I had just sent them all on 8 hr jobs at the employment office, it cost me hundreds of donuts. Because I was half asleep, I didn't know exactly how many donuts I wasted. I immediately logged on to customer support and they gave me 250 donuts. It wasn't as many as I lost, but it was better then nothing.

Because I play 5 games (no feeders), I have to log in and out frequently. I nod off during the donut spins and count on the flash of the screen into Springfield to wake me. Doesn't always work, but with this event at least the criminals conveniently gather while I snooze.
