BTW I favour foil wrapped, oven cooked trout.
I've never experienced jaundice, bouts, tremors or venting of any kind cooking trout via this method.

I agree! Oven cooked all the way! As a trout eater for 20+ years I have always managed to oven bake it with much conviction
