Bug....Fixed! Hibbert's Got Shed Pt. 4

I had opted to not have my Springfield rolled back to fix the Hibbert's Got Shed part 4, Make Springfield's Donate Blood, when it broke (just before the hero event). The only option I had from customer support.
Today's (Aug 3rd, Springfield Games) update opened my quest back up where I could finish the task where I left off.
