HELP HELP PLEASE HELP HELP

Have you tried resetting your device?

How much free memory does your device have?

Have you tried running TSTO with all other apps closed down?

    Also, are you on a very fast Internet connection? I am much more stable on an 80 Mbps connection than my typical 20 Mbps connection.

    You may try connecting somewhere with very fast Internet and storing some buildings/decorations if you are able to get in. Also, try reducing your friend count and delete/deny any pending friend requests.

    I Am tried all that!

    I have fast Internet, no friends pending, I got 100 friends though! Do I need to delete them?

    That would be the next thing I would try. If you have access to a PC, you can use the origin client to remove friends.

    can't sign in origin, they are working on the servers, hope this explains my problems.

    Also reading a lot of complaints now on the forum, seems i am not the only one.

    Hope this is gonna solve out.

    damn damn damn, this **** is frustratung, deleted all friends, and still the app is crashing.

    I think it really has something to do with the size and amount of my town.

    Just in cause, anybody knows where i can file a complainment or refund or solution or something directly to EA?

    Sorry for my english, is the best i can do :?

    damn damn damn, this **** is frustratung, deleted all friends, and still the app is crashing. I think it really has something to do with the size and amount of my town. Just in cause, anybody knows where i can file a complainment or refund or solution or something directly to EA?

    Hope you get your game back.

    Reinstalling didn't help me. I had to reset my device (back to factory setting, and then recover from backup). It took hours to redownload the game but I could access the game after that (might be a coincide). I cut down trees, small objetcs, fences, and now my game is stable.

    If you want refund, directly contact itunes.
    For complains to EA.

    Did you read the poster above?

    Contact EA directly with your concerns. Nobody here can help you beyond what was posted. We are just users of the game, like you.

    Contact iTunes directly for a refund. The customer service at iTunes is amazing. I have enjoyed my dealings with them, they are pleasant and helpful.

    Good luck and hopefully everything works out for you.

    I Reset my device and was online for 1 minute :evil:

    Allready got a refund from Itunes, they are very helpfull, but they could only refund my 2 last purchases. The others i have to do bussinus directly ith EA ( already send them a mail/complaiment ) Fingers Crossed.

    Thanks all for some soulutions, didn't help for me though :(

    I spent some bigg money in this one, so that's why I don't wait for it to just solve by a update or something.

    I lost faith in it, damn shame because I was really addicted.
