No, LP mentioned a 4x springfield heights multiplier in his event walkthrough and on his event calendar. I think it's just for SH currencies like the things you'd use to buy and upgrade Heights buildings, but don't know if it's permanent, just for the day or how it works in general.

I Don't know how it works, but it starts the 30th, ends the 4th or so. Probably says the dates when it starts.

Ok, I have all the "standard" SH buildings, many but not all built up all the way. Don't some of them need to be at a certain level in order to get the bonus percentage?

What is the best way to take advantage of these 4X SH currency days? What's best to get?

Is it necessary that the buildings for crafting the SH currency are standing in SH for the 4x currency bonus?

I would imagine they can be anywhere except your inventory, as long as you have characters producing the currencies on those days you will get 4x the return.

As for best to get, I would just work on maxing all of them because you will be able to 4x faster and buy whichever SH items you want while you can replenish currencies quickly.

Furniture Shop
• 5 characters
• 20 Furniture every 30 seconds
• 2400 Furniture every hour
• -12 Furniture every 5 minutes (Institute of Technology)
• -12 Furniture every 16 minutes (Marketing Agency)
• 2211 Furniture net profit

Coffee Shop
• 6 characters
• 28 Coffees every 2 minutes
• 850 Coffees every hour
• -6 Coffees every 5 minutes (Institute of Technology)
• -10 Coffees every 12 minutes (John’s Pharmaceuticals)
• 728 Coffees net profit

Institute of Technology
• 6 characters
• 28 iPads every 5 minutes
• 336 iPads every hour
• -10 iPads every 20 minutes (Heights Theatre)
• 306 iPads net profit
• 270 iPads required to upgrade 9 Valet Parkings to Level 4

L.A Body Works
• 6 characters
• 28 Yoga Mats every 8 minutes
• 210 Yoga Mats every hour
• -5 Yoga Mats every 12 minutes (John’s Pharmaceuticals)
• -12 Yoga Mats every 16 minutes (Marketing Agency)
• 140 Yoga Mats net profit

Pharm-er John’s Pharmaceuticals
• 5 characters
• 20 Pills every 12 minutes
• 100 Pills every hour
• -10 Pills every 20 minutes (Heights Theatre)
• 70 Pills net profit

Heights Theatre
• 5 characters
• 20 Awards every 20 minutes
• 60 Awards every hour

• 6 characters
• 28 Ads every 16 minutes
• 105 Ads every hour

That's based on if I have some of the premium characters for each building, so you may need to account for that if you do/don't have them!

Googolplex is spitting out 20 units at a time, and it's free!!! No cash needed!!! If you are a donut farmer, 20 units of SH currency will only cost you 2 donuts. Since there will be inevitable SH content or expansion in the future, stock up now on the high level currency items, like yoga mats, pills, statues, and ads.

Pure speculation on my part but could it be possible that EA wants to encourage as many people to get over the Billion $ mark with a view to releasing SH part 3 and raising the bar to 2 Billion $?
