Limited time edition Robot purchase malfunction...

I purchased the Limited time Robot from The Multiverse package for 30'Donuts. In the same session I just purchased the drone. Also a 30 donut purchase. The odd part is I got my drone but did not receive my robot! What can I do about this as I obviously can't show it to Apple because it's just a cart full of donuts from their point of view?
