Missing Luann and Kirk Halloween costumes

I bought two Pumpkin Mystery Boxes and happened to land both Kirk and Luann's costumes. Problem is I don't see it in the inventory nor the mission finder.

Did you check the characters to see if it was directly added to them?

I had Squirrel Luanne, but Acorn Kirk was missing, even checked the inventory. However I restarted the game and found Acorn Kirk inside the inventory.

I restarted the app and they both appeared. Seems to be a glitch. Thanks.
