10,000,000 XP Is Permanent

So I just talked to an EA supervisor, and they said they've been told that the new 10 million xp is permanent, and so is the 5% beach hideaway bonus.

He said they ARE discussing something, he doesn't know what, but whatever it is, it will probably happen in the next 72 hours, but it's not likely to be the xp.

I don't know about you, but I've spent over a thousand dollars in this game since I joined last Dec, and am ready to quit over this. -_-

  • Same. I'd feel less like quitting if they were consistent in the responses on the EA Help function, but I was told there was nothing they could do, I'd get no refund/ partial refund, but yet I see others getting just that.. Fed up.
  • Advisors Don't Actually Know - they just tell you what sounds good @ the time - and whatever it takes to make you stop complaining - you can contact 5 advisors on the same issue one after another and get different answers - becasue in Reality - they Don't Know.

  • Been expecting something like this to happen as a way to reduce the amount of donuts being farmed as it was hitting EA in their pocket and that's something that they serious don't like.

    I agree with this, but the nerfing the xp from beach hideaway was a bad move on thier part. Fortunately I only bought one of them.

    I got dismissed for a refund at first. I reopened the ticket and complained others were getting one (including the very response from someone on this thread), and i didn't receive one more communication from them....BUT i magically had 40 donuts added to me. Took screenshots to make sure.

    Reopen the ticket until they give them to you Joelleski17

    They'll close your account if you are too persistent in this fashion - re-open it a couple times - then start a new one for customer service complaint if it still is not fixed - They WILL ban you for harassing them over and over on the same ticket they save they have resolved... Beware

    Good to know! I only had to re-open it once.
