For listening and responding (in actions at least) to our complaints. To show there's no hard feelings, I've made a token purchase in appreciation (I suggest others do the same as well, even if just a golden scratch-R).

P.S. You still really need a community relations manager to help avoid the panic getting out of hand.


  • Totally agreed. EA's response has taken this player online to actually show gratitude! I have to say even tech support really helped as well! Kudos... or should i say kodos! (LAME)
