It figures as much. However, i still see kang flying over some people's towns (not firing at the laser). I was hoping that if i put the black hole back out he might come back and trigger the ability to get the laser, but no luck. Then i was thinking that i may need Frinks lab, as well, to trigger it. i'm glad that i checked in here first, and that my post wasn't "so repetitive" that it garnered helpful information.

I was always curious but never asked if people had to buy the second laser or if it was included. Now I know.
