More server issues???

I wasn't all that chuffed a couple days ago because I had everything but now, with Act 3 just starting? I can't log in again. I obviously have internet or I wouldn't be able to post here, so whatever the problem is it isn't me. I restarted both my tablet and my phone and the donut just spins and spins then I get Bartscreened. Come on EA, get it together.

Still not working for me. I had my hubs log in on his phone (I'm at work) and tap my event stuff for me. How can I have internet but not be able to log in? It makes no sense.

Might be worth resetting your router and seeing if that fixes the problem.

I FEEL CHEATED!!!

Because of EA's log-in errors, I was not able to get into my game to complete enough jobs to get 3 more bonus donuts. I had 3700 clapboards as of last night and I was unable to get the additional 300 I needed before time expired. Had it not been for all the log-in errors that kept me out of the game for over 18 hours, I could easily have earned those bonus donuts and more. I feel that the EA owes me at least a half a dozen donuts.

It must be the wifi at work.... I could get online but I could NOT connect to the server. As soon as I got home I could.

Me too! At least my husband was willing to tap for me on his phone. I texted him my info so he did it for me to keep me on track. I had a 6 hour shift and it needed doing on hour 1 1/2 and hour 5 1/2. That would have sucked if I'd missed that much.

It's possible that you IT department blocked requests to the EA servers preventing you from playing.

Not for me. I was at home the whole time on my own private network. I have never had difficulty logging in to the game before this. Then all of a sudden, the login started working the next day. But that's one whole day I missed out on activity that would have generated at least a half dozen more donuts for me. This one is on EA's head, not mine.
