That makes me so sad I did not beat you. I am not 100% better, but mostly, so I am in the office ab bound to be slower.
Now, back to trying to help.
Willowbud, you are a level one user, so until you are promoted to level 2 you will not be able to post pictures, but fret not, a level two and quote your post and that will show your image.
Though, I am going to guess with you being new to this you took a screen shot and once in imgur.com you did not resize your image down so it will fit on the screen nicely here, and when it is quoted it is going to cut it in half.
Also I am guessing by this point someone has quoted your image and what I prophesize is now coming true.

You're doing fine, glad to help. 41 year old father of a 20 month old, so no worries.
I am working on some screen shots so you can see how to resize in imgur.com easily.
I do the step 9 slightly different from what H1 showed, whatever will work for you, but here are some screen shots:
click the icon of the image you are going to want to post
this will open it in another window. In that window you will see all of the different links you need to post in different types of areas. For this you want the one that is for BB code for message boards and forums. Right click that to get your copy menu, copy it.
Once you have that copied you are then going to come back to the forum and paste that here.
select the image you are going to want to resize or edit, there are other options. Hover your mouse over the picture icon and you will see in the bottom corners what looks like a paint palette and an X. The paint palette is for editing, the X is to delete. Click on the paint palatte. ONce you do this you can select other images to edit at the same time, just click them.
Once you have select something to edit it will have a check mark. I am only editing one here, so you only see the one check mark, but if you were doing more you would see more. Once all are selected click the edit button
this will take you to your image to edit. There are other options you can play with in this, have fun with it. The image resizing is to the left, those numbers are the numbers of pixels that your image currently is. Without getting too complicated those are pretty big numbers, and when you post your image on the board it will not be seen all at once, but more with the scrolls as you may have noticed already.
To get the image to fit on the screen adjust that number to 600 or 650 and it should all fit on the screen. Also keep the "lock aspect ratio" box checked, if you do not this will not adjust evenly. Once you put in the new numbers click save
Your image is now resized, follow the other steps as posted

Just touch the text you want to copy and then hit select all then copy. It will copy it for you.
You get to the screen the same, just click in the area on your iPad. Hopefully you know how to copy on the iPad, click that area, select all and then copy.

Willowbud - I find that whole resizing of things to be quite annoying. But as they say: there's an app for that. Download Simple Resize. It's an extra step, but I find it easier when working on the iPad.
Grab your photo. Open Simple Resize, pick your size 640 or less, seems best. Save.
Open Imgur, up-load photo and go with what MD offers from there.
I tend to use the medium selection when posting images.

Well I think you are all very good and helpful but guess I am missing some banter here lol.
I will have a look into,this tomorrow....see I even have a problem typing on this thing and am always adding commas and lots of mmmmmms at random times because I just have to get used to typing on here. Thanks so much for allm the tips and shots on how and what to do.
