Robot I'm Missing

So I can't seem to figure out when this character was released. It's in the "Robots" section and it's the farthest right character (right of the drone), with the elongated neck.

Does anyone know when it came abotu, or how to get it?

10 days is more than a "a few days".

btw, I'm always surprised at how many people are always poking around the Character Collections area (and scrolling through all of them)!

I never poke around them. Only when people say that EA spoiled us in the game do I look. Silly EA.
