I was looking through my character collections and, to my surprise, I saw a robot character that I did not have. I don't remember it ever being offered.
It is the last image in the Robot collection, it has a long neck and a reddish Mohawk.

I'd appreciate any information that you could provide... its name, when it was offered, etc..

Hi, from your description I'd say that you are talking about C.H.U.M. and it's not currently available and has never been released before either, I believe that it'll be available for purchase on the 28th of this month.

How can I see my character collections in game?

First press the build icon in the lower right corner of your screen,.

Then secondly press the golden homer statue icon in the lower left corner of your screen to view your character collections.
