I didn't see this anywhere so forgive me if it's a duplicate question. How quickly do the valentines regenerate on a neighbor's house? I can get in to visit about 10 friends but have not seen many valentines. I have gone into each town a few times. Thanks, Amy

It may be incidental, but I've been able to visit every friend added TODAY since I updated. Friends added prior to that work sporadically at best.

i just got this massive update even though i've been playing the valentines update all morning. there seems to be a rose bush and a pond now (maybe they were always there) but i still can't visit 80% of my friends. and the 2 new buildings are gone for me.

Not for me - on my second springfield that was mostly friendless I've been adding friends and still can only get into one or two :(

Same here. Or, some of the towns have no valentines at all, just dollar signs, cash registers and menus. What gives with that?

Oh, and I think of the 50 friends I have, maybe 4 are on the updated version. Suck.

I do not know the answer, and have wondered this as well. I'm not sure if they regenerate on the same schedule as the building is on (Simpsons house every 45 seconds, Kwik-E Mart every 3 minutes, etc), but that would be my first guess.

I tried hanging out in a town for a few minutes and the Simpson's house didn't regenerate at all. When I exited and went back in, there was still nothing so maybe that is part of the glitch. Or else the regenerate rate was changed. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to answer!

I wonder what is different about your town that others can visit you, but you cannot visit them. It's like you are type O- and the rest of us are type AB+ : we can enter your Springfield to receive hearts from you, but you cannot enter our towns to do the same. I feel selfish visiting you yet denying you access to my Springfield. :(
And here you are inquiring as to how you may help your neighbors even more.

Oh Elsie, I wish I knew  It isn't selfish, hoefully you can collect. Good that I am affected but not all of my friends. Go and collect little hearts, I love my friends  I During the Christmas event, some of my friends put extra houses and it helped to collect coins.

I noticed that too......super annoying but I wonder if it has to do with characters doing tasks inside buildings? The towns that don't have a single card are the ones where all the characters are just walking around outside, not doing anything.

I think you need to have a character inside and the building must be ready to collect too. Kind of like when during Christmas many of us didn't collect from the brown houses so that visitors could get Santa coins.

sorry if this was already covered and I missed it, but with the friends "glitch" (which really, wasn't much of a glitch, it made sense, was a ton of work to do and highly probable that the game would crash before you could use it) being "fixed", the money collected from visitations doesn't increment up AT ALL? granted I'm still only able to visit a small amount of my neighbors and have only been able to visit 12 in a row at most, but the total didn't increase at all. $16 for a "normal" house, $18 for one with a card. at that rate, ignoring any cash you get from the main game (which we'll say is alotted to houses, decorations and other things released with a cash value with updates) and assuming you actually had 100 friends, it would take you 2/3 of a year to get 1 million dollars... how is anyone expected to get the new expensive editions? pay for doughnuts to waste on money.

seems pretty lame, I hope that's not really the case.

After you plant the pond, you place the cherub and the hammock. This gets you 10xp each and 1 heart. Then comes the Choo Choo choose you train.
