Quimboroghini - charged double - help!

I just bought the Quimboroghini and was charged double for it. Once when I bought it and again when I placed it. I only have one and nothing in my inventory. How do I contact EA to get my donuts back?

Are you sure the second "charge" wasn't the rebate?

remember you can buy multiples now when you place one but it's weird you don't have one in inventory. check the full inventory not categories

you probably bought two, it charges when you place it...it shouldnt have charged and then you place it

I don't have one in my inventory. I checked the entire thing. It wasn't a rebate. I already had received that, then it charged me again when I actually placed the item. I don't have two of them.

all you can do is contact EA then...or exit the game completely and re-enter and make sure you dont have two and donut count is still off
