I have the update, but the V-Day glitch is still ongoing...for me at least.
Some new ppl I added, I was able to visit their towns at first, but when I added some more, that annoying message once again popped up for me.
anyway, if you're still interested, I'm lv 25, some premium items (nothing major though) and have updated to the V-day event.
