Can not send friends request?

Why can i not send friends reguest anymore to invite neighbours...i have space for 4 neighbours.
I remarque it since times?

Sometimes it takes several attempts or even days for this to fix itself in my game. If you have access to a PC, you can login to your Origin account and better manage you Friends from there.

Often when this issue happens, I find logging out of the game and back in corrects it.
