LPN Serious question about trying to save my game

Game continues to crash.Called Ea said my operating system is not enough I'm a level 260 player been playing for 3 years. have a droid razor maxx 4.4 kit kat. What I need to know is if I nuke my town and only put out the important things will the game run again. Please help. LPN

I doubt it. The problem is your O.S, it needs to be better since they raised the minimum requirement a few months back.

this is why the item limit is there. the more items are in town, the more ram it requires on the phone. Unfortunatly nothing much can be done other than
*removing stuff till it doesnt drag anymore
*upgrade phone
