Part of the same glitch?

I have the same issue and would guess it's related. I had some towns I could get to that I could spray paint, yet those were buildings with Valentine's cards in others.

I just find it funny that this is yet another issue with an update which means they will have to extend it again. Most likely.

I know for a fact that some of my friends have updated their games to the valentines day stuff, and it says that I can't visit their town because they are on an older version.
