There was an in-game update this morning. Try re-starting the app. There is the Wiggum house and El Chemistri (not even sure what that is). There's also a police car as a premium item.
Hmmm. Closed and opened the app. Removed it from that "active programs" tray at the bottom of the screen. Finally uninstalled it and reinstalled it. No level 26 for me. No cop car. No Wiggum House. No Ralph.
