There was an in-game update this morning. Try re-starting the app. There is the Wiggum house and El Chemistri (not even sure what that is). There's also a police car as a premium item.
El Chemistri appeared on the episode were Bart, Marge and Lisa make a food blog, it is a science based restaurant, not really memorable, though.
How dare you Tim and Eric are in that one and its a blast. FYI if you don't know who Tim and Eric are your not cool.
