Ice castle question

I've been looking thru here for 20 minutes and not found any thread mentioning this so here goes.

If I want to buy the Ice Castle using tickets to pay part of the cost, how do I do that. When I click on it, the full donut pay amount pops up. I want to spend tickets for this so am I missing something here?

PS I like the snow and would like the option to keep it.

The ice castle is not available to buy with vouchers, it is a premium purchase. This is from a related question on answers.ea.com:

Love how EA support sent the person in the link who asked about the Ice Castle to a fan site and to the Origin page to most likely find his / her way to here.

It better not melt at the end of the snow update. In fact, I would like it if you own the Ice Castle. None of your Ice Sculptors and snowmen will melt either.

The Ice Castle and the large snowman do not melt. The small snowmen melt..don't know what will happen to the sculptures.

I'm sure that we'll find out once the snow leaves they may or may not melt as you pointed out the snowmen melt but the ice sculptures don't
