I'm fairly certain Shauna was one of the "underage chicks" to which he was referring. He did, however, forget about Edna. Everyone wants a piece of her Krabapple!

What we got marge, Edna, shauna, brandines in Cletus's house constantly shooting out spucklers, then just send wiggum under cover and use ur imagination then he's big so he basically counts as two they got plenty. Haha but yea shauna was a random choice Apus wife has been the center of a couple valentines episodes she woulda made more sense
