This game is learning me some trivia with these trip clues

Prev1
Obviously I've learned that Mordor is real ;), and now I've learned about one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World: the Lighthouse of Alexandria. I had never learned what these wonders were before.

Anyone else learn something cool about these destinations?

  • I learned a lot of countries I thought were in Europe are actually in West Asia, I was never very good with basic geography :joy:
  • Turkey supposedly is.... I'd probably have just said Eurasian and called it a day.

  • See a lighthouse from Northern Africa. Sweden, Russia, or Belgium?

It didn't give you Egypt as an option?

Have you already got someone on the task ?

I think he means that these are the only options available to him, hence he needs the help. The correct answer is Alexandria, Egypt so maybe you already have a character doing it Rich? Or just store someone to get new options and it might be there

You must have attended an American public school system. Try google or Wikipedia, they are a great resource.

  • Everyone be nice. Okay?

I'm an American and I just didn't know where this lighthouse was. (A lighthouse that no longer exists, btw.) I had the same problem with the only choices available being obviously wrong, aside from a fellow African country. I didn't know it was Egypt. It showed up on the list after I refreshed it.

  • Alexandria also had the Great Library :)
  • I might have been able to pick that answer...

  • I don't think any Americans will learn any trivia. We are already all experts on world geography, world politics, immigration and refugee issues, etc.
  • Everyone help me keep this on topic, thanks. Funny as some of the comments are and all. Now, any more trivia?

  • Some of the clues are quite clever. My favourite so far ".. tiger exiled to the north ..." (not the exact quote) but good clue.

"Where tigers are exiled to in northern Eurasia" I don't get that...
Something to do with sports? I have sent a lot now (well 3), and I still don't understand. I have Brussels, Oslo and Prauge...

Will send one of them on a regular job in 1,34 minutes to see if I get some more choices.

Edit: No... Helsingør, Havana, Geneva and Oslo...
Guess I have to wait for some of my flying guys to return. Turkey? Russia?

Yeah... Siberia. Unfortunately the Mayor is there for another 2,5 hours...
    Thanks.

  • And yet, rather ironically, it's done nothing for your language skills...

No, not to do with sport. To do with the labour camps where dissenters against Imperial Russia and later the Soviet regime were sent. Fairly major part of 20th century history. Also, Siberian tigers who are now an endangered species.
