Valentine's Day Rose Bush Harvest Question

It is not showing up as an option at the farm. I checked cletus's jobs and it isn't listed as one & it isn't in the store as an option to buy so I can harvest.

So how do I harvest it?

It's still not there. Should I contact EA?

it wasn't there last year too. but this time it shows up in the files so it's weird

Is there any in-game suggestion that it SHOULD be there? Otherwise I don't think you can contact EA and discuss an item that was discovered to be in their dismantled game code...

No I didn't see it in game. I saw it listed on a wiki page that is ridiculously accurate. I usually use that to know how many donuts to purchase for an event.
