Event Items Returning to Store?

I thought I read in a thread that at the end of the event some of the items throughout the event will be returning to the store for a limited time. However, I can't find that thread now. If you know which one it is, please put a link. Thanks in advance.

I saw a post where someone thought Cleatus would return at the end (someone missed him during the Super Bowl update) but LPN shot that down and said "nope". Not sure about the current tourist stuff. Sometimes EA does that, sometimes not. If there's something you want, best to get it now to be safe.
