How many hearts?

I really like the rose bushes and they say limited time only so I may wait until the day before the update and if nothing interesting appears I'll stock upon them.

I'm sitting at 367 hearts and no idea what to do with them.

I purchased everything but there is still 25 days left to this event.

This is my first event to the game so do they add more stuff later?
