I was never a huge fan of Berry’s music, although I certainly respected his place in music history.

One of the first guitar riffs I learned was one of his songs. That and his musical prominence in the Back To The Future films.

I read somewhere that 75% of all guitar rifts are a variation of a Chuck Berry rift. He was definitely a pioneer in his field and will go down as a legend

I thought it was a similar 75% of songs are based on just 4 chords. That's just modern music for you. Not a bad thing as I've never really noticed....(I guess I'm a bad musician).
