Best donut purchase for freemium player this event?

As a freemium player, I really enjoy picking up premium characters with donut rebates during events. There are several to choose from for this event! Which one do you think is the best pick? Hank Scorpio?

Scorpio's regular price is 200 doughnuts. To get him plus a skin for 120 is probably the best deal you'll see.

I bought the Beer and Brawl. She helps with the event so it was a no brainer.
