Currently at 87/100 of the required schematics needed to get to level 5 so hopefully I'll get there later today thanks to the improvement in drop rate.
I'm at the billboard level. I think I have enough for the next level but what to spend it on. If only those walls were level 4 then I'd always have something to craft to up my level. I really don't need more billboards or the other items, not when compared to the walls.
Do you all prefer to craft something rather than just hit the update to next level button? I have to admit I don't really see the use of crafting several times the same décorations knowing I'm reaching my limit anyways......

I'm progressively crafting one item each if I can.
Bumping this to ask, did they reduce the schematics drop after upping it to 60%???
In the last 12 hrs of solid collecting and tapping and doing the schematics dance I have gotten 11. Eleven!!!!! One one!! Damn it for one day I was getting 15-20 in 4 hrs. Now I'm down to less the 1 per hr.
Am I the only one?? And just this morning I thought I had figured out a way to get like 6-8 extra per shift

Ive recently changed my opinion on thisb now I craft what I was and then just level up. Theres always more then enough currency to get what I wantb and I dont really have a need for 20 manholes. Just jacks up the item count.

Drop rate went down from two schematics to one per drop... so an enhanced drop rate but with half the reward
Honestly, don't know and don't care. I just use the levels as MIT finders, and only craft so I don't use up them on the next level.
I did that trick on the last event when someone on the forum dropped the tip into a thread, but lost a ton of crafting currency accidentally levelling up because I didn't realise i'd won some that boosted my total in excess of what i needed and went to find more tourists, or for some bizarre reason i'd click the craft button and ended up with yet another scooter...learned my lessons from that though and think the slow drop rate has helped me avoid those mistakes as well

I think that is true for all of us that are on level 4 or higher that didn't use donuts.
